Piper Perfect, Parker's twin sister and daughter of Peter and Penelope Perfect. she's shallow, stuck-up and just mean to anyone even to his brother. piper got a deep hatred toward "the rookie racer" /DIVA DASTARDLY for always winning and make her like a fool.
